This policy explains what data ai-drama.ai collects, why, and what control you have over it. We keep collection to the minimum an index site needs.

1. Data we collect

  • Browsing data. Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, kept for security and aggregate analytics.
  • Local preferences. Your age confirmation and saved titles are stored in your own browser (local/session storage), not on our servers, until accounts launch.
  • Account data (when accounts are available). Email address, display name, avatar, sign-in method, and activity such as saves, follows, and generation history.
  • Uploads. Images you submit to the creation tools are processed to fulfill your generation request and are subject to safety review.

2. How we use data

To operate and improve the Service, to enforce age and content rules, to prevent abuse, and — where you opt in — to notify you about updates to titles or creators you follow. We do not sell personal data.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for the age gate, session state, and saved items. Analytics, if used, is aggregate and does not build individual profiles.

4. Third parties

The index links out to source platforms and social profiles (e.g. NetShort, X, Reddit, Patreon, Fanvue, Instagram). Once you leave ai-drama.ai, those sites’ own privacy policies apply. We do not share your personal data with them beyond what your browser sends when following a link.

5. Retention and deletion

Server logs are kept for a limited period, then deleted or anonymized. Browser-stored preferences you can clear at any time from your own browser. When accounts exist, you will be able to request export or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

6. Age of users

The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the associated data.

7. Changes

We will update this policy as the Service evolves (for example, when accounts launch) and reflect changes in the date above.
